Installation (WordPress)
- In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins, then Add New Plugin, and search for "Semantic Journey." If it appears, select Install Now and skip to step 4.
- If it doesn't appear in search yet, visit its WordPress.org page and download the zip from there, then in your WordPress admin go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin, and choose the file you downloaded.
- Select Activate once installation finishes.
- Under Semantic Journey in the admin menu, both modules are enabled by default. Visit Settings to adjust retention periods or set up Decision Point rules.
No configuration is required to start seeing counts. Reader Progress begins recording as soon as the plugin is active. Decision Point begins recording phone number clicks automatically; other Decision Points need a rule or marker, covered on the Decision Point page.
What is included (WordPress)
Reader Progress, Decision Point, the Reports screen with 7, 30, and 90 day views and CSV export, the post editor summary box, and the Posts list column. There is no second tier hidden inside the plugin and no feature waiting behind a license key.
